Shown above is a standard configuration - four point set down plating barrel for a manual plating line. The basic design is interchangeable thru many different manufacturers, and has been an industry standard for many years. Cylinders are generally a six sided hex construction, ribbed or bent, depending on the manufacturer. Standard perforation is 3/32 at approximately 28% open area, with other perforations and open area specs available.
